This is a crystal/glass-beaded fashion accessory and is intentionally more substantial than a lightweight fabric or cord phone strap. The standard-length chain weighs approximately 5 oz (142 g), not including your phone or case. It is designed primarily for crossbody/shoulder wear and is not intended to function as a lightweight neck lanyard. If you prefer less weight, please choose a shorter custom length or our Lightweight Crossbody Phone Chain.

Because this design is created primarily with faceted crystal/glass beads and metal hardware, it has a substantial, jewelry-like feel rather than the feather-light feel of a fabric or cord phone strap.

This beautiful weight contributes to the way the crystals drape, move, and sparkle when worn.

Please note: The approximate 5 oz weight refers to the chain only and does not include your phone or phone case. Exact weight may vary slightly depending on color, bead combination, hardware, and finished length.

To help preserve your chain:

• Do not swing your phone from the chain
• Avoid dropping your phone while attached
• Periodically inspect the attachment tab and hardware
• Replace the phone tab if it shows signs of wear or damage

The phone attachment tab is intentionally thin so it can fit between your phone and compatible case. As the connecting point, it may naturally wear over time depending on frequency and type of use.

For frequent daily use, we recommend our Premium Metal Phone Tab for added durability.

This accessory is not designed to protect your phone from falls or to withstand excessive pulling or sudden force.

Damage caused by excessive force, pulling, misuse, or accidental drops is not considered a manufacturing defect.
