Return & Exchange Policy

At Mia & Jon Co., we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Many of our products are handmade or personalized, so we kindly ask customers to review this policy carefully before placing an order.

By completing a purchase from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, personalization, and the handmade nature of many of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

Personalized or custom-made items
Handmade party decor, including banners, cake toppers, garlands, and event decorations
Print-on-demand products made to order (such as custom apparel)
Final sale clothing and accessories
Accessories, jewelry, and intimate items
Beauty products such as false eyelashes, eyelash glue, or similar cosmetic items
• Any item clearly marked Final Sale

Because these items are made specifically for each order or are hygiene-sensitive, they are not eligible for return or exchange.


Returns for Eligible Items

For non-personalized and non-final-sale items only, we accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To begin a return, please contact us at care@miaandjon.com within 7 days of the delivery date and include:

• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for the return

If your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
• Items must not be dirty, damaged, or washed
• Items must be returned with all original tags attached (if applicable)
• Items must be returned in their original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender.


How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email care@miaandjon.com within 7 days of the delivery date and include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return

Once your request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions for returning your item.

Returns sent without an authorized RMA number may be refused.


Step 2 — Ship the Return

Return the item according to the instructions provided in the authorization email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective and we were notified within 5 business days of delivery.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mia & Jon Co. cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.


Step 3 — Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unaltered
• Be returned in original condition and packaging
• Include all original tags and components
• Be free of stains, odors, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Customers will be notified once the return has been received and reviewed. This inspection typically occurs within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Mia & Jon Co. reserves the right to refuse any return that arrives damaged or used without prior notification.


Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed according to when the returned item arrives at our facility:

Returns received within 14 days of delivery
Eligible for a refund to the original payment method

Returns received between 14–30 days
Eligible for store credit only

Returns received after 30 days
Unfortunately, it cannot be accepted

Refunds will include only the product price.

Original shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees are non-refundable.

After a refund has been issued, please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mia & Jon Co. cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds include the item price and applicable tax
Original shipping costs are not refundable

Please allow 5–7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order and, if applicable, follow the return process for the original item.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Our team will review the situation and work with you to provide a fair resolution.


Personalized Order Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details submitted with the order are accurate, including spelling, names, dates, and color selections.

Mia & Jon Co. creates personalized items exactly as submitted at checkout. Errors provided by the customer may not qualify for replacement or refund.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us at care@miaandjon.com so we can assist you promptly.

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay resolution.

We are committed to providing fair and reasonable solutions for our customers.


Promotional Free Gifts

If your order qualified for a free promotional gift, the gift must be returned along with the returned items if the remaining order value falls below the promotional threshold.

If the free gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.


Final Sale Items

All sale items ending in $0.99 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

No exceptions.
