Shipping & Processing Policy

At Mia & Jon Co., every order is carefully prepared and packaged from our studio in Oklahoma, USA. Many of our items are handmade or personalized, so please review the information below regarding processing and shipping times.


Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note that personalized and handmade items may require additional preparation time depending on the product and order volume.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.


Shipping Options

Shipping options will be displayed during checkout based on your location.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

• USPS
• UPS
• Other reliable shipping partners when necessary

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.


Shipping Location

All Mia & Jon Co. orders are prepared and shipped from Oklahoma, USA.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Mia & Jon Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If your package appears to be delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information or contacting the carrier directly.

If you need assistance, our support team will be happy to help guide you through the process.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at:

Please include:

• your order number
• photos of the damaged item
• photos of the packaging

We will review the situation and work with you to provide a resolution.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or a delivery failure, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
