Personalized Order Policy

At Mia & Jon Co., many of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because these items are created uniquely for you, we ask that you carefully review the following policy before placing your order.

By placing a personalized order with Mia & Jon Co., you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details when placing an order. This includes:

• spelling of names
• dates
• custom messages
• color selections
• any other personalization requested

Please carefully review all details before completing your purchase. Mia & Jon Co. creates personalized items exactly as the information is entered at checkout.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Because personalized items move quickly into production, personalized orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After the first 24 hours, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

If you need to request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, please contact us immediately at:

Please include your order number in your message.

Changes to Personalized Orders

If you need to update personalization details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes if production has not yet begun, but we cannot guarantee them once production starts.

No Returns on Personalized Items

Because personalized items are made specifically for each customer, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• personalized banners
• custom cake toppers
• custom gifts or keepsakes
• any item made with a name, date, or custom message

These items are created exclusively for the customer who ordered them and cannot be resold.

Handmade Variations

All products from Mia & Jon Co. are handmade, which means slight variations may occur.

Minor differences in the following are normal and part of handmade craftsmanship:

• ribbon placement
• materials or textures
• color tones
• handmade details

These small variations do not qualify as defects.

Color Disclaimer

We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different due to:

• screen settings
• lighting conditions
• device displays

Color variation due to differences in screens is not considered a product defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Personalized Orders

If your personalized item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at:

Please include:

• your order number
• photos of the item
• photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Production & Processing Time

Personalized items may require additional preparation time due to their custom nature.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
