Personalized Orders – Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to common questions about personalized and custom orders at Mia & Jon Co.. Please review these details before placing your order.


What is a personalized item?

A personalized item is a product that is customized specifically for you using the information you provide at checkout. Personalization may include:

• Name
• Date
• Custom message
• Color selection
• Other custom details

Because these items are created specifically for each order, they are unique and made-to-order.


Can I cancel a personalized order?

Personalized orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After the first 24 hours, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:

and include your order number.


Can I change the name or details after placing my order?

If you need to update personalization details, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes if production has not yet started, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has moved into production.


Can personalized items be returned or exchanged?

No. Because personalized items are made specifically for each customer, personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please double-check all names, dates, and personalization details before submitting your order.


What happens if I accidentally enter the wrong spelling?

Mia & Jon Co. creates personalized items exactly as the information is entered at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details are correct before completing the purchase.

If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, please contact us within 24 hours and we will try to help if production has not yet started.


Will my personalized item look exactly like the product photos?

We do our best to accurately represent our products in photos. However, because our items are handmade, slight variations may occur in:

• ribbon placement
• material textures
• handmade details
• color tones

These small variations are normal and part of the uniqueness of handmade products.


How long does it take to make personalized items?

Personalized items may require additional preparation time depending on the product and order volume.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

What should I do if my personalized item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at:

Please include:

• your order number
• photos of the item
• photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a resolution.


Can I request a completely custom design?

In some cases, we may be able to accommodate special custom requests.
