Processing and Shipping
Every banner is handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
Standard shipping upgrades do not shorten the production time. If your event is approaching, please select both Rush Processing and Priority Shipping, when available.
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Please order early whenever possible.
Handmade Variations
Because each banner is individually handcrafted, slight variations in tassel placement, bead grain, fabric texture, and color may occur. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
Printing on linen-style or textured fabric may appear softer than a digital image. This is a natural characteristic of the material and is not considered a defect.

Returns and Cancellations
This party decoration is handmade to order. Personalized and custom items are final sale.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

• Standard shipping: approximately 2–6 business days after shipment
• Priority shipping: approximately 1–3 business days after shipment
• Tracking is included with every order
Shipping upgrades shorten transit time only and do not reduce processing time. Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates and cannot be guaranteed after the package has been shipped.

Many of our products are handmade or personalized specifically for each customer. Because of their custom nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

You may cancel personalized and custom orders within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, production may begin, and the order becomes final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will carefully review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution when applicable.
