- For a custom message, enter your wording exactly as you would like it to appear.
- Check spelling before placing your order.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Please allow 3–5 business days for creation before shipping. Transit time is additional. Upgrading shipping does not shorten production time.
PLEASE NOTE

Natural wood grain and ribbon colors may vary slightly. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how colors appear.

Many of our products are handmade or personalized specifically for each customer. Because of their custom nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

You may cancel personalized and custom orders within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, production may begin, and the order becomes final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will carefully review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution when applicable.
