To personalize your banner:

1. Check “Add Baby's Name (+$13) — Optional” on the product page.

2. A Baby's Name field will appear.

3. Enter the name exactly as you would like it displayed, including spelling and capitalization.

If you prefer the number-only design, simply leave the checkbox unchecked.

Important: Name personalization is included only when the $13 upgrade is selected. Entering a name in Special Instructions without purchasing this upgrade does not include personalization.

Step 1 — Add Baby's Name (Optional +$13)

Check the name-personalization box if you would like your child's name added, then enter the name in the field that appears.

Step 2 — Enter Your Event Date (Required)

Please enter your celebration date in the Event Date field using MM/DD/YYYY format.

This helps us review production and delivery timing before your special celebration.

Providing an event date does not guarantee delivery by that date.

Step 3 — Special Instructions (Optional)

The default birthday number is 1.

If you are celebrating a different birthday, please enter your preferred age number in the Special Instructions field.

For color changes or a completely custom design, please contact us before ordering. Additional customization may require a separate upgrade.

Processing Time: 3–5 business days

Estimated shipping transit times after production:

• Standard Shipping: Approximately 2–6 business days

• Priority Shipping: Approximately 1–3 business days

• Tracking included

We recommend ordering at least 14 days before your celebration whenever possible.

For events fewer than 10 days away, please contact us before ordering about rush processing availability. Rush Processing and Priority Shipping are separate upgrades.

Shipping upgrades shorten transit time only and do not reduce production time. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
