Processing and shipping
Each banner is handmade to order with a standard processing time of 3–5 business days.

Handmade notice and safety
Small variations in tassel placement, color, texture, and size are natural. Colors may also vary by lighting and screen.
For decoration only, not a toy. Small parts and long cords may present choking, strangulation, or entanglement hazards. Secure carefully, use only under direct adult supervision, and keep out of children's reach when unattended.
Returns and cancellations
Party decorations and personalized products made for a specific event are final sale. Request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and before production begins. If an order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within five business days of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
