At MIA & JON, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns within 7 days after you received your purchase.
MIA & JON will accept returns* for orders meeting the below conditions that are requested within 7 days from the date your product was delivered to return for a refund.
- Refunds will be provided for the value of your item and tax. MIA & JON does not refund original or return shipping costs.
- MIA & JON must be able to verify proof of purchase.
- Delivery dates are defined from USPS and UPS records, and cannot be disputed.
- Returns received after 30 days from purchase date will not be accepted and will be reshipped to the original address on file.
- We only accept items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Accessories, jewelry, intimate products, beauty products are all final sale and are not eligible for a return.
- Items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
- If your original item included free items, you must return all associated items in order to receive a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep, as well as any shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund.
To begin this process please take the following steps to get your return or exchange moving as quickly as possible. We will only accept and process returns which have followed the instructions below:
*note: products may not have been worn, dirtied, or used outside of a first try on and all tags must still be attached to the garment if applicable to qualify for a return for refund.
*For print-on-demand products like T-Shirts, sweatshirts, and gifts made to order, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accept any returns or exchanges. In the event that you encounter any issues with your order, please feel free to contact our friendly team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are here to assist you in any way we can!
1.Please email us first at email@example.com with your order number within 7 days of original delivery date to request a return. Orders sent back without our authorization will be refused for the return.
- You will receive your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (ALSO KNOWN AS AN RMA #) in an email, as well as return instructions for your return.
*note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt and we were notified about it within 5 business days.
- Return your item(s) as directed in the email you receive.
- You will be notified once we have received, opened, and inspected your return at our facility. Typically within 3 business days of its arrival to us.
*note: we reserve the right to refuse any return if it was returned to us damaged and we were not contacted about it within 5 business days of its delivery date.
*note: if you are returning, just the product cost will be refunded, minus the original shipping cost. We only accept items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Returns arrive to our facility within 14 days from the original delivery date will be refund to original payment method. Returns arrive after 14 days will be processed as store credits only. After 30 days, no return is accepted.
After your return has been processed and returned to our facilities, please expect up to 7 days for the refund to hit your bank account.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.
All sale items ending in $0.99 are final sale and will NOT be accepted for an exchange or return. No exceptions.
