Our quality control teams will make sure that all the products we ship are in perfect condition. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will try our best to find a solution.
1. How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Processing time is 1 to 3 business days before shipment. We will send you an email with tracking number once your order has been shipped out.
2. How long will I receive it?
You will receive your order in 2 to 7 business days once your order has been shipped.
3. How long do I have before making a return and which items I could return for refund?
You can return any item for refund within 30 days from the date you receive it.
5.What is the policy for defective/broken products?
If you have received product(s) which you did not order or a damaged/defective product(s), please do not remove any tag and keep the original packaging in the same condition. We would recommend you to contact Customer Service via email email@example.com and let the representative know the details of your package as soon as you notice the problem.
Our Customer Service team would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the item(s) in order to expedite the process.
6.Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.
7. How long will I receive my refund?
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Mia & Jon store credit or the original payment account per your request.

- We will then send you an email with your return instructions If your return request is receive within the time frame as stated above.
- Pack the item(s) you wish to return/exchange in a packaging.
- Return your order to our warehouse mentioned in the return instruction using any trackable postal service; you will need to cover the postage costs yourself.
- Please provide us the tracking number from the local post office or couriers and make note of this number for your records so you may track the status of your return.
- Once received the return package in our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect the returned item(s) and confirm that it fits our return policy or not (check for conditions for returning my product below).
3. We'll apply for the refund or exchange in 1-5days after we receive your items.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first.
1、If you have received a defective item, the wrong size or the wrong product, or just don't like it, please contact us immediately. Refund and exchange is available in 30 days after the delivery date.
2、Items returned must be in original condition with the original packing and tags. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy.
Once the return has been approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Any delivery fees incurred for your order will not be refunded.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
There is no cost to exchange your purchase. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.
CAN I CHANGE MY ITEM (SIZE, COLOR, OTHER PRODUCTS) AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
In case your order is under the fulfillment process, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will try our best to change item(s) according to your request. However, in case your order has been dispatched, your request of changing the item(s) will not be approved.
Otherwise, you have to wait until you receive your package and do the exchange/return request. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.
