The standard banner includes the birthday number only. A name is available as an optional paid upgrade.

The default birthday number is 1, unless another number is requested.

Personalize your banner with your child's or pet's name beneath the birthday number.

Simply check the “Add a Name (+$13)” option on the product page.

Once selected, a name-entry field will appear. Enter the name exactly as you would like it displayed, including correct spelling and capitalization.

If you prefer the number-only design, leave the name-upgrade box unchecked.

Important: Name personalization is included only when the $13 upgrade is selected. Entering a name in Special Instructions does not purchase this upgrade.

Step 1 — Choose Your Banner

The standard banner includes the birthday number only.

Step 2 — Add a Name (Optional +$13)

If you would like a name beneath the birthday number, check the optional paid name-upgrade box and enter the name in the field that appears.

Step 3 — Enter Your Event Date (Required)

Enter your celebration date in the required Event Date field using MM/DD/YYYY format.

This helps us review production and shipping timing before your celebration.

Please note that providing an event date does not guarantee delivery by that date.

Step 4 — Special Instructions (Optional)

The default number is 1.

Celebrating a different birthday? Please enter the requested number in the Special Instructions field.

For changes to colors, dimensions, or the overall design, please contact us before ordering. Custom design changes may require a separate paid upgrade.

Step 5 — Review Your Order

Before adding to cart, please confirm your birthday number, name spelling (if applicable), event date, and selected upgrades.

Each banner is handmade according to the details submitted with your order.

Processing Time: 3-5 business days

Estimated shipping transit times after production:

• Standard Shipping: Approximately 2–6 business days

• Priority Shipping: Approximately 1–3 business days

We recommend ordering at least 14 days before your celebration whenever possible.

If your event is fewer than 10 days away, please contact us before purchasing to confirm whether rush production is available.

Priority Shipping shortens shipping transit time only and does not reduce production time.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
