MIA & JON will accept returns* for orders meeting the below conditions that are requested within 7 days from the date your product was delivered to return for a refund. 

Refunds will be provided for the value of your item and tax.

 MIA & JON does not refund original or return shipping costs.

MIA & JON must be able to verify proof of purchase.

Delivery dates are defined from USPS and UPS records, and cannot be disputed.

Returns received after 30 days from purchase date will not be accepted and will be reshipped to the original address on file.

Altered apparel, accessories, jewelry, intimate products, beauty products are all final sale and are not eligible for a return and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
